I am so blessed to have good health at the moment,  so while I am able to I take the opportunity to do a little something to raise money for cancer research (and have some fun at the same time!)   As I drove to church on Sunday I thought.. "must talk to Vince re organising a fun run in the near future"  When I raised the subject with Vince he told me it was already in the 'inbox'...just needed to confirm the date and get it into the 'outbox' !!
