On 11th may I am taking part in a sponsored walk in memory of my dad who i sadly lost to suicide 9 years ago this year. I am raising money for the charity Chris’s House which is a 24 hour crisis centre in Scotland where anyone can get help or advice if they feel they are struggling.

Please donate what you can and let’s try and get the stigma of suicide erased.
