My sister and I haven't run together since my brother chased us around the garden threatening to throw mouldy apples at us! So we decided it was high time we dusted off our trainers and ran together for this great cause. We both love love love the sea (it's in our blood!) and Brighton has a special place in Jude's heart so the Rise 8k Undercliff run which is scenic run along the seashore and along Sussex's famous chalk cliffs seemed like the perfect run for us.
