This year I am taking part in the Maggie's Monster Bike and HIke,  this involves a 30 mile bike ride followed by a 22 mile hike.  This is a new challenge for me, I usually run but I this year I thought I would do somethig a little different.  I think it is in a very good cause and I hope you will help me help them by giving a little donation.
