Have courage - do something amazing today in support of Cancer Hair Care's 10th anniversary. Help raise funds for 1000 vital hair loss services and help make hair loss one less worry for people with cancer.

Some of you will know that in recent years I finally learnt how to swim.  I am far from experienced and still have a long way to go.  Recently a friend asked me if I would like to go white water rafting (terrifying!)  After hearing that my colleague Bill and his wife Nina help make hats for cancer patients who have lost their hair, I was swayed to give it a go.

So I figured if I was going to be so far out of my comfort zone, it may as well be for a good cause.  As it turns out, Bill is also now joining the rest of us in the boat on Sunday 26th June so I'm counting on him to save me if it goes pear shaped!!
