This September is the 4th anniversary of my dad's death due to bowel cancer. Time passes so quickly and we still cant believe he is not here with us - but a star in the sky as my niece likes to tell us! 

In his memory I have decided to undertake the 12km Walk for Bowel Disease in Richmond Park, London.
