Having run regularly for 10 years I decided to make it more of a challenge, and to make some money for a good cause along the way.

 I have worked with Macmillan nurses throughout my professional life and have seen at first hand the support they give to patients and their familes. They have always been dedicated, caring and have provided help in many ways at a hugely difficult time. They deserve all the support they can get and this is just a small way for me and you to add to that support.
