I am running 10k at Victoria Park on 24th October to raise money for Leukaemia Research. I have found out recently that two of my closest friend's mum has leukaemia and more friends in our group have relatives who have been affected by the disease. As it's something so close to home I want to help to fund research.

It's now getting dark and cold and I need encouragement to get out of bed and train for this run so please help!
