I've been teaching yoga at Oasis on a regular basis and it has been such a joy visiting the girls at one of their refuges. The feedback has been phenomenal, with some girls saying that practicing yoga has improved their sleep and overall mental health. Each individual is so inspiring and so strong in spite of their unbearable circumstances, some also have very young children (we had a one month old baby on the yoga mat last week). 

The charity has supported thousands of people through their services and are doing a fantastic job!
