About Humanity24

There are many visually impaired people around the world, but in low income countries, this exacerbates the effets of poverty. Typically, children with refractive error issues cannot study effectively and drop out of education, whilst older people start to suffer from conditions such as glaucoma and cataracts.

To help as much as people as we can, we are raising money for 24 hours to support one of Humanity First's fund, Gift of Sight. We will be doing a truckfest, which will be followed by a convoy all around the world within 24 hours. In the meantime, we hope to achieve our goal and make a succes of our event to the victims of visually impaired victims.

Humanity First offers free or subsidised consultations, prescription glasses and cataract surgery. HF is also deploying mobile surgery units in Africa. Over 15.000 patients have benefitted so far.
