Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Ok - it's not the official Movember cause, but JDRF are the people I want to raise money for.

My Niece was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes recently and JDRF have, along with the fantastic people from our NHS, been a real help to my brother and the whole family through a very difficult time. One minute everything was fine, the next there was so much to do. There is so much medical equipment and stuff to learn in a very short time, they even have to have teachers at the primary school trained before she could go back to school! We all think we have such busy lives.... imagine trying to fit 3 or 4 tests and injections along with a carefully controlled diet into your usual daily routine!

As for my Mo growing - don't hold your breath! Patchy at best I think. Should be a good experiment though - I've always wondered what I might achieve with a concerted effort. Anyone got any hair growing tips?
