Story
Thank you for taking time to visit our fundraising page.
1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. If you’re over 50, or you’re black, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk.
Prostate cancer is not always life-threatening. But when it is, the earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured.
We are taking part in the National Three Peaks challenge, climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) with a total ascent of 3064 metres (10,052ft).
The three mountains are:
Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)
Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa, in Wales (1085m)
We are fundraising for this great cause to help keep dads, partners, brothers, grandads and mates with their families for longer and we need your help to raise as much as possible!
The challenge will start at 5pm on Friday 1st September, (hopefully) finishing before 5pm on Saturday 2nd September 2023.
We appreciate any donations and support along the way!
Together, we can beat Prostrate Cancer.
