We Raise funds through donations to to enhance education at GGS

Story

On Friday 22nd July 2022 GGS Basketball Academy's senior and U16 squads will be taking part in a 'Shoot-A-Thon' to raise funds for the 2022/23 season.

Our student-athletes will be working collectively within a 4-hour window in an attempt to break NBA legend, Stephen Curry's 3-point record (3,117).

All money raised will be invested back into our basketball academy to help with kit and equipment expenses, so please help us in any way you can!

GGS School Fund is a charity established to promote and advance the education of the students at our school by helping to fund a variety of extra-curricular activities, clubs and societies. The fund supports students, whose families suffer financial hardship, to participate in a fuller range of trips and activities and also supports our annual prize giving ceremonies. Funds raised at our annual sponsored walk raise funds for long term capital projects at the school, with a further 50% of the money raised going to student-nominated local and national charities.
