I am taking part in Fight Club 10, Elite Fitness' white collar boxing charity evening, to raise money for Ty Hafan.

The event will take place at The Vale Resort on Friday 6th June. On the night, I will take part in one of 10 bouts consisting of 3 x 2 minute rounds (which is longer than it sounds)!

The training started on the 8th of April leading up to the event which includes sparring sessions with the other contenders and a fitness programme, which is a challenge in itself.

I am enjoying learning to box for a good cause. Ty Hafan is a wonderful charity that gives support to life-limited children and their families. I would like to say a big thank you to my sponsors; Thomas Carroll Group and Jeff White Motors and look forward to the event!
