Now more than ever we are feeling the effects of the lockdown and are needing a bit of motivation to get out and Get Active. 15 minutes a day in the fresh air is proven to boost your mood and keep you motivated during this difficult time.

In Support of Children’s Health Ireland – Crumlin’s campaign, 150km Your Way, signifying the 150,000 individual children that come through the hospitals doors each year, we are inviting our team members to ‘Get Active, Your Way’ within your 5km, this February.

Each store will be running their own unique challenge, from ‘Taking the Plunge’ in Brown Thomas Galway, ‘Walking the Talk’ in Brown Thomas Cork, or ‘Get Stepping’, which simply encourages you to get out and get your steps in, there is something for everyone to keep you motivated to Get Active whilst raising vital funds for charity.

Even if a particular challenge doesn't suit you, set your own challenge to Get Active and be sure to tell us about it. Walk, Run, Cycle or Swim we want to hear about it.
