Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

I'm doing the Great North Run for CAFOD for the second year running.  It's one way of doing something practical to help some of the poorest people in the world to improve their living conditions and to show them that we care.  At St Cuthbert's we raise funds - especially during Advent and Lent - and the students select different charities to support: local, national and international charities.  My doing the Great North Run helps the whole school community look beyond ourselves and our own country as we start the school year and gives us the chance to show what we're about as a Catholic, Christian, caring community.

Please give what you can to help people who really need our help and practical support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you so much for whatever you are able to give.
