Shooting Star Chase is such a great charity that really does make a difference to the lives of the families they support. From short breaks and symptom management stays to hospice at home care and emotional support for all the family, the staff and volunteers can help families going through the darkest of times.

The hospices can provide a place of sanctuary or normality for families who struggle to get from one end of the day to the next.
