I will be attempting to run 5k in the colour run and for anyone who knows me knows that this will be a challenge as I am extremely unfit, and to add to this every kilometer I will be pelted with powder paint.

I am doing all this for a little known charity called The Sunflower Jam. Their vision is to work towards providing access for all to complimentary and integrated treatments in the fight against cancer and other diseases by funding and supporting research treatment and education. Amongst some of their work from money raised they have built a complimentary treatment room at Ormond street hospital, and fund trips to Disneyland Paris for terminally ill children and their families.
