I am running 10k for the first and last time in my life. I am doing this to support the brilliant new project which is fund-raising  for a new arts centre in the Chew Valley which will be used by children and the community. This is a picture of my feet now in very expensive new trainers. I will post another picture once I have finished. It will not be a pretty sight.
