We (Nick and Geraint) are going to cycle as far as we possibly can from Bristol in one day - on June 24th, the longest day of the year.

We have no idea how far or even which direction we're going. We might head southwest to Devon, east to London, north to Manchester, or west to Wales...

We'll decide on the morning itself. If there is a wind, we'll let the tailwind guide us.

The weather might be great and we may go far. Or it might be raining and we get multiple punctures. Who knows! The furthest we've ever gone before is 110 miles, and we'd like to try and go further than that if at all possible.

We're raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. In 2013 Geraint lost his friend Alistair Banks to this horrible disease. Al loved being on his bike and Geraint will be thinking of him on this ride.
