So, having successfully avoided this year's Race for Life (for the first time in 4 years - boo!), Great Midland Fun Run and Birmingham Half Marathon (once is enough, I feel!!) we've signed up to more madness.

Sunday 11th September will see us both, along with many other nutters, romping around Sutton Park for 9k, raising money once again for the fantastic Cancer Research UK.  

Only this time, to add to the fun, because apparently a trek up Cardiac Hill just ain't enough, we're dressing up in silly superhero costumes (there may be post-event photos if you're really lucky!) and dealing with cargo nets, a whole lot of foam and possibly an encounter with the army!
