Story

Hi Everyone

My name is Georgina Williams and in April next year I am aiming to run the London Marathon for Willen Hospice.  I have lived in Olney for 13 years and a lot of you will me through the school runs or working in Tesco. Six years ago, I would never have dreamt that I would be in this position as I was an active alcoholic and on my death bed.  My life changed for the better on 20th November 2004 as I began my journey through life sober.  I have 2 beautiful daughters Holly and Heidi who I so nearly lost through my alcoholism and now have gained a gorgeous son Nathan with my new loving husband.

I have chosen Willen Hospice as my charity to run for, as my cousin Matthew Nicholls received fantastic care in 2006, and it is a cause very close to my heart.  My target is £2000.00 and I will dedicate as much time as possible into this so I can make this dream happen.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
