Cancer affects everyone in some way, whether its you, a family member or a friend who is diagnosed. Personally I am fed up of cancer interferring in our lives so have decided to take my own little stand against cancer and try to raise some money for Cancer Research UK.

For those of you that know me well, you will know that I don't even run for a bus (and when I do I am exhausted for the rest of the day) never mind run 10K so this is going to be a massive challenge for me. Hopefully, me overcoming my laziness and fear of exercise will inspire you to donate something, no matter how small, to Cancer Research UK whilst also supporting me in my 10k run.
