Story

Last year we raised a massive £1800 for this wonderful charity.  I was reluctant to ask people to sponsor me again but this year I have met even more people affected by Lung cancer and it has inspired me to continue.

Even if we don't raise a huge amount it will raise the profile of this disease and charity.  This 'cinderella' disease often gets over-looked and left out but realistically is the MOST COMMON cancer in the world.

So I've done The Great North Run, The English Half Marathon and next week... gulp.... It'll be the Chester Marathon.   September was my Mum's birthday month so it seems a fitting way to fundraise in her memory.  She suffered from lung cancer having never smoked.
