I will be completing a 100km virtual route for the Myeloma UK Four Nations, One Team Challenge, taking me virtually along the Welsh coastal path. I'd love to do this in person one day, but virtually will do for now. In the July before the pandemic I could barely walk 100 steps during the slow recovery from my stem cell transplant so a mission to walk 100 km during the month of April seems a fitting challenge, and a wonderful reminder of how far I have come thanks to incredible doctors and the work of Myeloma UK.
