Finn was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a very rare and serious heart condition which means only half of his heart was working. Finn will always remain in our hearts and so the three of us have decided to run for Little Hearts Matter. Little Hearts Matter is a charity that works to support the families of children born with this condition so please please donate to help give little people like Finn their best chance. Also, please sign up to the Organ Donor Register! HLHS patients are a low priority for heart transplants due to the high risk of the operation and so its all the more important.
