Story
I have wanted to do this for years, although I really can’t dance. However, it’s always been on weekends I can’t do. This year I am free so I am going to do it.
It’s taken on a very personal meaning for me as I’ve really struggled with my mental health for a few years now. I’ve had some major lows in that time and have really felt the stigma of depression, particularly as a Christian. Depression is still very much a taboo subject, despite being so common.
anything that raises both awareness and money to help people, and potentially save lives is only a good thing.
Plus it will be a lot of fun!
