A lot of charities are going through a really difficult time now and I wanted to do something to help for an amazing charity called The Children’s Trust.

The Children's Trust is an incredible charity that supports children with brain injury and neurodisability, and  helps them live the best possible life.  Lots of the children they look after can’t just go home because of the specialist care they require.  Many of the children they look after also have respiratory conditions and are therefore particularly vulnerable at the moment.

The amazing staff are under a lot of pressure as they are admitting children, much earlier, to free up vital bed space in hospitals. Because of this they need to fund vital PPE equipment, and extra deep cleans to ensure the children are as safe as possible.

Please help the charity by joining in with my cook along on Friday (3^rd of July) at 6:30pm and donating what you can, or what you might have spent on a meal out! £10 is a bargain for a meal out but will make a lot of difference to the charity!
