I will be running the London Marathon in April 2023 for the British Liver Trust. This is in memory of my amazing mum and best friend, Sarah, as well as for several members of my family, including myself, who also have liver conditions. The marathon is on 23rd April 2023, which is my mum's birthday week. 

There are over 100 types of liver condition; some are rare and others can be prevented. 20% of the population is at risk of liver disease, there are many causes people don’t know about.
