I'm running Cardiff Half Marathon on 2nd October and raising funds for Welsh Women's Aid. This charity was set up to offer direct support to women and girls all across Wales who are facing violence and domestic abuse. 

It is estimated that around 3 million women across the UK experience rape, domestic violence, forced marriage, stalking, sexual exploitation, trafficking and other forms of violence every year. This is equivalent to the population of Wales.

Your donation will go towards ending all forms of violence against women.
