Just to let you know what we will be attempting.

We are swimming 2.5 Km, then a 50 Km bike ride followed by a 21.1Km run.  If you wish to contribute to our fundraising efforts, please do.  It is all for a great cause and hopefully with your help we can reach our target.

The big date for the event will be Friday 03 July 09.
