It's not looking good! An old knee injury has come back to haunt me and causing all kinds of havoc (namely i can't run!). Physio appointment booked to see if there is anything that can be done but with only 2 and a bit months to go things are not looking too promising!
Will keep you all posted!

Hello one and all. After years of thinking about entering and proffessing my unrivaled long distance running skills i have finally gone for the big one and signed up to the London Marathon!
Myself and fellow runner, Mr Simon Ambrose, shall be running for the Breast Cancer Campaign charity (details to the left) and trying to raise £10,000 between us. We are planning on holding various fundraising events from club nights to . . . well we havent decided yet but we will kep you posted!
Thank you all so much in advance for donating to this worthy cause! Please be generous, we have a long way to go!
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
We will keep you updated on all our training antics (if i ever manage to get Simon to come and train!) and other events we are planning.
Many thanks for your support.
