£72 for 72 celebrating 72 years of our NHS · 29 June 2020 to 30 September 2020 ·

This year we've come together like never before to celebrate our wonderful NHS. Whether you have clapped for our carers, raised money or coloured in rainbows for your windows, thank you for showing just how much our NHS means to you.

Story

Last year George made and sold 100's of keyrings to raise money for Manchester Children's and Eye hospitals, and we were delighted to be invited to take part in the £72 for 72 campaign.  The hospitals have looked after George for over 5 years, since he fell ill before he was 3 and spent two weeks on the burns unit with Steven Johnson's Syndrome.  The after effects of this have led to numerous appointments and procedures at the eye hospital.  We have always been so happy with the care he has received and as a family are keen to support the charities great work.

As a family we have produced a family friendly scavenger hunt around Glossop, where we live, and are inviting people to buy a copy, which comes with a homemade badge.  There will be a prize draw of all winning entries.
