We are very excited to be back at ABP Southampton after a really successful 2022. You can run the full marathon, Half, 10K or 5k taking place on Sunday 2nd April 2023. We can't wait to see everyone wearing our Alfie's Wish tops again! Good luck team!

About the charity
Alfie's Wish provides a day out or an experience to children with Cancer aged 0-16 years to make memories with their families.
We support children in the South of the UK receiving care at Southampton, GOSH, The Royal Marsden or UCLH.
