Hi, my name is George, I've been playing beach and indoor volleyball for nearly 3 years now, and I've fallen in love with this sport. It has helped me through the tough times like Covid-19 and been great for both my physical and mental health.
I am a member of the indoor Richmond Volleyball Team that won last years National Championship. For beach volleyball I am currently 9th in the U18 UKBT rankings.
In 2021 I did not make it into the England U17 Cadet squad, but went away and worked hard coming back to secure a place in the Junior Mens U19 squad the year after. This involves spending one weekend every month at the National Volleyball Centre training with my team mates.
After a successful year in the squad I've now made my way into my final junior year. This season I'm reaching for international beach and indoor competitions which could take me to places like Italy and Greece. Therefore, I am looking to raise funds to support upcoming training, tournaments and competitions.
I recognise that times are tough, and any donations, no matter how small, would massively help me with my volleyball journey. Many thanks to everyone who helps!
