Against my better judgement, I've decided to give the London Marathon another crack. Although it wouldn't take much to record a PB in the event, I fear a PW is on the cards (though I do have the legitimate excuse of Cheltenham and Aintree - as well as zero will-power).

Anyway, having just done a (reasonably uncomfortable) half-marathon, I'm pretty sure I can get round. I just need the inspiration of D Thompson (not that one) and the Rocky soundtrack and I'll be set. All that I need to do now is to raise a couple of bob for those good people at Racing Welfare.
