As you can see from the front story were doing this charity ride in memory of our work colleague Gerry.

However I have my own reasons for taking part,namely that my dad had lots of issues with his heart (a slight understatment). So much so the nurses at the Q.E. kept a bed ready for him for his regular 6 monthly angina or heart attacks (or so it seemed).

It wasn't just dad of course mom uncle frank , aunty julia, uncle bill all had heart problems so any little you can do to help will be greatly appreciate.
