We help people with acquired brain injuries to live well and achieve independence

Story

Following the great success of last year's day hike, "The George Ide Stride for Headway Sussex", our intrepid team will now take on the challenge of  this 3 day walk, 2-4 June 2023,  between South Harting (near Petersfield) and Rottingdean. We will follow the South Downs Way, diverting south to finish by the sea, just beyond Brighton; 55 miles in all.

Headway Sussex is a charity that is close to our hearts. They provide vital support for those with brain injury and their families. Every £ raised will be put to great use

Headway Sussex's (HS) MISSION is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers. HS treat people with respect and empathy; HS provide choice and opportunity. HS empower people to achieve optimum independence, interaction and social inclusion.
