This year, I wanted to do something extreme, for an extremely important cause. 

What better than a skydive from 15,000ft? So, I'll be taking the plunge in aid of my local hospice charity, Hospiscare. 

Hospiscare provide support for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. If you or a loved one have ever been faced with a terminal diagnosis, you know just how difficult it can be but Hospiscare is here to help. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can. Saturday 18th September is when I will be taking the plunge! I am really counting on your support!

I’m also doing this for me. I want to challenge myself and prove that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. By doing this I hope to inspire others to get out of their comfort zone, change their lives and take back control. Life is too short to let it pass you by.
