Story
During these unprecedented times, children are learning at home with the support and guidance of family members who are doing their very best in a situation that has significant challenges. Whilst many children have a good support network and have thrived at home, there are some children who, through no fault of their parents or carers, have not. We cannot allow these children to be disadvantaged by the impact of COVID 19..So, what do we need to do? When schools re-open we want to support those children identified as having fallen behind by providing vital additional help. These children will be invited to attend catch up sessions run after school and in school holidays. They will receive literacy and numeracy lessons designed to help them make up for the education opportunities lost whilst schools were closed.
