A special Forget Me Not Memory Walk is taking place to celebrate Bury Hospices 30th anniversary on Sunday 20th March. This 3.6 mile sponsored walk will be between Bury Hospice's old site on Dumers lane and will end at the new Fairfield location.

Hi My name Is Raynna.  In October last year I very sadly lost my Dad to Lung Cancer. We arrived at Bury Hospice in my Dad final hours, and the love and the care that the staff at Bury Hospice gave to us all was just amazing. They are  like angels sent from heaven. And I personally can’t thank them enough for what they did for us and my Dad . So on the 20th March together with my colleagues , Barbara , Alan , Paul , Stefania and Carolyn we will be walking to raise money for the hospice.

Bury Hospice provides palliative and end-of-life care to hundreds of residents and their families across Bury. It will cost to run the Hospice this year £4.5million and we raise 87% of this total, but with the support of our community we continue to provide care and services to those who need it.
