On Sunday the 22nd May I will be running the Aberdeen Baker Hughes 10k for CLAN Cancer Support. CLAN offers support to anyone affected by cancer in the North East of Scotland, Orkney and Shetland. After living in Orkney, I am only too aware of the good work that CLAN does in the area, so please dig deep to support them.

I have run the 10k four times previously, but this is the first time I will be doing it for charity, and hopefully......in under an hour!
