geoff's Johnny Marr memorial charity challenge

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving Page in memory of Johnny Marr. If you’d like to make a donation to ABF The Soldiers' Charity I’d be very grateful, as it will help them provide a lifetime of support to the wider Army Family. Johnny was a very good friend who supported and helped me in my difficult times even though he was struggling with his own demons. Since Johnny passed away i promised myself i would try and do something good at least once a year this is why the memorial challenge started.
This year i have chosen the ABF to support as i am a veteran and understand the tremendous work they do.
My challenge is happening in 2 parts this year starting on 13.09.15 with the Manchester 100km cycle and then on Saturday 26.09.15 where i will be on the decking outside the bubble room Alderley Edge cheshire Attempting to complete a 33,800 metre row ( Dover to Calais) followed by a 100km cycle (Lochnagar crater somme battlefield to the Menin gate) and then a return row from Calais to Dover (distance on a rowing machine as i get sea sick) any donation no matter how small is greatly appreciated and is used to support a very selfless and deserving group of people. I would say heroes but most of us veterans dont see ourselves that way. Thank you.
