Hi All,

I will be taking part in 3-4 events throughout the summer in Stockholm, Sweden to raise funds and awareness for the apex predator of the oceans, yes Sharks and the unfortunate depletion of our marine habitats around the globe. This will start with the Paint Me Rad 5km (not in a onesie, due to paint problems) run tomorrow 07-06-2014 and finishing with the 15km Tough Viking Challenge on the 30-08-2014 and a couple of runs in between which I am still waiting on conformation...... all these done in a shark onesie to liven things up a little.

So to all my family and friends around the world help support and protect our worlds oceans and donate whatever you can!!!! Pictures will be posted from each run so I can keep you all up to date.
