I will be representing General Mills, cycling from London to Paris in aid of the Charity, Grocery Aid. Grocery Aid gives financial and emotional help to anyone working in the Grocery industry, keeping Britain fed, from farmers to manufacturers and retailers. They also help drive diversity and inclusion throughout the industry.

As you can imagine a 369km cycle in 3 days will be a huge challenge and test of our endurance both mentally and physically. Not only this but we will be squeezing in every bit of training we can, be it cycling to work or going for long rides on the weekends to get the miles in!
