Gemma Chance is raising money for Good Hope Hospital Charity
Story
I am undertaking a trio of charity events to raise money for the Urology Oncology departments at Good Hope and Heartlands Hospitals. And I fully intend to get as many colleagues, friends and family members as I can to join me along the way.
Myself and my well bribed/coerced team will be.....
Climbing Snowden on the 7th September.
Abseiling from the top of the Wesleyan Building in Birmingham on 28th September.
And then running the Great Birmingham Half Marathon on October 13th.

As a Urology Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist, I see the day to day struggles patients with cancer face. However, I am also fortunate to see patients winning their individual battles with cancer. I am honoured and proud to play a part in their treatment and care. I would like to be able to contribute something more to make them more comfortable throughout their journey.
Climbing, Abseiling and Running for this fantastic cause will hopefully motivate us all to keep going when training gets tough, just putting one foot in front of the other. Thank you.
