Edward has been visiting rainbows for a year now and they always do everything they can to make his stay the messiest, most noisy and exciting time possible. He gets to go for up to10 nights a year, gets spoilt rotten and Mummy and Daddy get to sleep. Obviously this costs money, none of which is paid for by us. They also organise trips (on the Santa express) and activity days where he gets to do things he could never do at home. Rainbows is currently building a £4million extension to allow them to offer more nights and better facilities to more children, it also cost £2.8million each year just to stay open. I want to give something back to them and though this is only a 6 mile walk I have to manage to stay up that late (well past my 10pm bedtime) and it is something I can do whilst still being a full time mummy without losing any time with my precious little boy, so please dig deep and donate any bit of money you can.
