I really appreciate your support in my attempts to complete the London Marathon 2009 in sub-4:00.  Training so far is going pretty well... the knee injury of days gone by has yet to rear its ugly head, and let's hope it stays that way!  I'm really hoping to raise £2k for MS (the Bibendum charity of 2009 - see http://www.bibendum-wine.co.uk/retail/about-us/charity for details, so please help me to this total by giving as generously as you can!  Even seemingly small donations can help me towards a mighty total.
