My dad had an accident last year on the 3rd of November. He was living in Austin Texas and he came of an e-scooter. He had no helmet and consequently sustained a pretty serious injury. 6 months on and he is back in the UK recovering at a hospital that specialises in neuro recovery. 

I am running the great Manchester 10k for headway, an amazing charity that helps people and their families cope with living with brain injury and the complex consequences for both the person suffering the injury and the extended family.❤️
