Having recovered from M.E several years ago through years of exploring various therapies and with the help of the Optimum Health Clinic approach, I have remained passionate about helping others recover from this debilitating condition. 

I believe that everyone should benefit from the OHC approach through the NHS and so am supporting the clinical trials that the OHC research team are running with am aim to make this a reality. 

My friends and I will be doing Gung-Ho, a 5km inflatable obstacle course to help raise these much needed funds.
